At Browns Plains Medical Centre & Skin Cancer Clinic, we are committed to providing high-quality healthcare while ensuring accessibility for our patients. To maintain our exceptional level of care, we are introducing changes to our billing structure, effective March 17, 2025.

Mixed Billing Policy

We are now a mixed billing clinic, which means bulk billing is available only for eligible patients. This change allows us to continue offering comprehensive medical services while keeping care affordable for those most in need.

Who Is Still Eligible for Bulk Billing?

✔ Children under 16 years of age
✔ Concession card holders
✔ DVA Gold Card Holders

Changes to Skin Check Fees

From March 17, 2025, skin checks and spot checks will no longer be bulk billed, except for concession card holders.

✔ Medicare rebates available

Other Fee Adjustments

✔ Sunday (after-hours) consultation fees will increase.
