What is MyMedicare?

MyMedicare is a voluntary patient registration program that strengthens the relationship between patients, their regular GP, general practice, and primary care team. It helps improve continuity of care, especially for those with chronic conditions, frequent GP visits, or complex healthcare needs.

Who Can Register?

✔ Patients with a Medicare or Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA) card
✔ Patients who have visited our clinic three times in the past two years
✔ Available for children, aged care residents, and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander patients

How to Register for MyMedicare

1️⃣ Sign up online via MyMedicare using your Medicare Online Account or Express Plus Medicare app.
2️⃣ Complete registration at our clinic by speaking to our reception team.
3️⃣ Confirm your GP and practice to ensure ongoing care at our medical centre.
